Key Findings:

The author points out a political trend that is of growing concern – the alliance between Islamists and progressives who both defend Hamas’ actions. The response from Christians and Jews has been insufficient and requires change.

Countering this trend effectively would mean a return to the heritage both Jews and Christians share in regards to Jerusalem. This common ground has been a cornerstone of America's support for Israel, particularly among American Protestants and Evangelicals.

America’s commitment to Israel is deeply rooted in its cultural and religious history. However, this “Judeo-Christian” culture has weakened in recent years, with only 54% of American adults believing in the God described in the Bible. The author believes there is an urgent need to protect and revitalize this foundational culture, and suggests a spiritual and cultural Hebraic Revolution to re-introduce America's connection to its biblical roots.

Calls to action:

-Reinforcing the cultural foundation shared by Jews and Christians by emphasizing the core ideas of the Hebrew Bible.

-Establishing accessible after-school programs teaching modern Hebrew, fostering deeper knowledge of biblical text and enhancing community engagement.

-The development of books, music, television programs, and films that will serve to introduce a biblical imagination in the cultural landscape.

-Prioritizing practice over theory when it comes to the reintroduction of these values. For example, a renewed commitment to Sabbath observance that would allow young Jews and Christians to rediscover its benefits.

-Strengthening the tie between America and Israel through trips, collaborations, uniting them both culturally and politically.

-The author argues that the success of these calls to action will not only help to fight back against antisemitism and anti-Israel sentiment, but will also revive America's foundational culture.
